How to insert Ads above your Post Content

Lets insert an adsense ad above the post content on your blog.

First of all pick an ad size suite to your post content area. I have selected an 468 x 60 text or image ad in adsense.

You have to copy the highlighted code to insert into your blog.

Now you have to log in to your wordpress admin section and look towards the end of the big wordpress menu to find the Wp-Insert section.

Click on “Manage Ads (Posts and Sidebars)” and you will be led to the Wp-Insert Manage ads page for In Post Ads and Sidebar Ads.

Now click on Ad – above post content to reveal the edit area.

Paste in the adsense code in the big box that says ad code.

Then you have to click the Blue button at the bottom of the page which says “Save Changes”. Wait for the page to refresh.

Open your webpage and you will now be able to see the ads appear above your post content.
